Alerts only go 8 pages back? -

A mod deleted some of mine, and others', posts one day and I was trying to find evidence of it that since it appeared in my Alerts at the time, but it only goes back 8 pages.

Is there a way to see further beyond 8 pages? I'd like it to be extended or maybe have a tab where we can see our deleted posts.
