Since her tumblr says she's married, it's probably her husband's (wife's?) surname. I found other people with it as a surname. I'll admit I'm skeptical that that's the same person--where did you find that it was hers?

When this might be true I have suspicions towards person who earlier made up her European roots/family and all of the sudden has name of European country etc.

She could have at least chosen a montenegrin surname.
I guess she likes the ~aesthetic~ of the countrys name
