Cortana doesn't work that way unless the programming allows it.

AI in personal assistants are extremely limited due to the obvious bloating in code and space that would forever expand so long as the machine is learning. For example, that one robot that got invited to Saudi Arabia, all her data she uses to have conversations is limited, moreso than the human mind.

The Alexa programming to say that in response is deliberate, and pretty hilarious.
