Hello everybody! I'd like to introduce you to the scum of the earth, Alexis Tulman (Lilli) / @RADLATA on twitter and Jamie Routh (Jayme) / @bulbasprout on twitter.

To start this shit off, Lilli is a rapist, abusive partner and a pedophile. She is currently 19 years old living in Woodland Hills, California.
Jayme is a 19 year old pedophile and abuser who also lives in Woodland Hills. Jayme, at 16 years old began dating an 11 year old child, and at 18 years old was still dating the now 13 year old child, and had a sexual relationship with said child. Jayme would get extremely angry if you told them not to have sex with children because they believed that an 11 year old could consent to them.

Anyways, so Lilli, just a couple of months away from turning 18, got into a relationship with a child who had just turned 14 years old. She got this child to get with her because she used to be kin with Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul and the child was kin with Hide from Tokyo Ghoul, two characters who are often shipped together. A couple months after Lilli turned 18 years old, she had taken a flight to the state where the kid lived, and the child told me that she had raped them. Here are some of the things she said on her blmatsu account (@aimermatsu, still up, but after I posted these screenshots on twitter she had made her account private lol)
Lilli and Jayme have been saying that all of this is false information and that raping a child was okay because the mother consented to their relationship together. The mother of the child has since said she regrets her decisions because she didn't realize that Lilli had the intentions of raping her child. She thought that Lilli loved her child so she did not interfere. I had made a police report because the child had contacted me and asked me to and the mother of the child found out about everything and talked about this. Lilli may say that it was all okay and that she was allowed to rape a child, but the child themself, the child's mom, Washington state and California laws disagree! Washington state law says that minors cannot consent to sex until 16 years old, and California state law says that minors cannot consent to sex until 18 years old.
