Hivliving has been a very popular blog and source of info about HIV for the Tumblr crowd, and seems it was much admired because muh serophobia. It has been active for a few years though I couldn't find out how many exactly, and relied at least for some time on their followers to cover the nonexistent costs of their medication. There were two mods, alleged Israa and Naj.

The fake identities for brownie points:
Israa: Chinese-Pakistani non-binary bisexual HIV positive human trafficking survivor.
Naj: American POC lesbian with congenital HIV. Alleged owner of allelesbean.

From what I've got, they were the very same person and allolesbean was a sockpuppet account in support of the main blog.

Alas, I've got hold of this only now that it's been dead for a few days and OP left, but it's definitely top Tumblr. A couple of other good recaps about what happened:

Ah, Tumblr. Home of stupid drama where everyone involved is a moron. It seems to occur to none of these idiots that if people were just allowed to be into something without the need for 2,000-word manifestos on why this doesn't make them Problematic™, or write anything more controversial than endless coffee shop AUs without the requisite Lived Experience to keep that from being Problematic™ too, the number of people claiming to be persecuted minorities so they could write fanfic without being harassed by the Tumblr morality police for having an imagination would drop off drastically. I didn't follow any blog related to Hamilton, but this was all over my feed anyway. Tumblr had a meltdown over this. People were typerventilating and freaking out about what this meant for them ("Am I problematic for reading their fic now??").
