Again, TBH, almost everyone missed it, because it's A) PULL and B) I can fully understand not wanting to get any tardcum on you from just going in there. If not, then when the discovery freeze ends due to the TCPA's, it'll be the very first thing BHBH subpoenas, because by then, they will know it's the hole that begins to sink the Defendant's entire counter-argument.

Well, since the discovery has been made of what could be the hole that sinks the ship, I'll go with the following: Someone here or elsewhere on the interwebs will tell Rekieta. Rekieta will tell BHBH. BHBH will order one of the paralegal army to come here and look at/get a copy of the archive(s). When the discovery freeze ends due to the TCPA's, BHBH will ask the PULL admins to authenticate the user and their post(s) via a sworn affidavit. If they comply, then that should be the end of it. BHBH could go the extra mile though, and get the dox of the user who made the post(s) from the PULL admins, and get a sworn affidavit from the user themselves.

This resurrects something we were talking about a month ago on this thread. Funi said they "learned of" the Vic allegations because of Allison's tweets. But when their investigation took place, they didn't investigate anything from Twitter; it was the 3 incidents sourced from the MoRonica circle. Which means someone at Funi had to have looked at Allison's linked allegation, which explicitly named Vic, then discarded it as not worth investigating.
So... did Funi know this claim was mistaken identity before investigating Vic, but went ahead with it anyway because of Monica's interference? Was KF out-autisted by Sony HR clerks?
