Not all of them, but yeah, some just quit because the job is hard (the infamous ironclad contract about how they cant have any kind of male contact except authorized personal) and the market is super saturated, others end in variety shows or keep their music career until they get married (once you pass certain age or get marry your utility to the industry is over) there are exceptions of course

Also reviewing eroges is almost as boring as reviewing visual novels because the lack of gameplay doesnt let you give a good opinion unless you know who is behind the game, normally people bitch against the writer or how the history is generic or bad all depends of what class of eroge is (there are ones that dont even care about plot and just jump straight to the snu snu)
