Reminder for people in Illinois or the rest of the country (your state will vary):
There is no way SPUDS here isn't using tard services and has an employment specialist assigned to her case through DRS/DHS. Dollars to donuts whatever tard agency that placed her in her first job has already been paid the billable hours allowed by DRS/DHS. Here's how this works:
* SPUDS is on a milestone program. That means employment specialist writes case notes under a certain code in CITRIX/CERNER. They are: Placement, first day, 15, 45, and 90 day. When she hits 90 day, the tard agency bills DRS/DHS. They get paid. These services are billed in the thousands per client.
* SPUDS has the "right" to request services stay with her even after employment. This can last an additional year.
* SPUDS will be subject to regular staffing via Licensed Clinical Counselor through DRS/DHS. Status staffings are in cooperation with employment specialist, coordinator, and (occasionally) the director of employment assistance through tard agency.
Now here's the kicker. If you are MOTI with what I post, congratulations. That means you're a productive taxpayer and you SHOULD be fed up.
* SPUDS can tard rage/quit/sexually harass coworkers/not show up to work. And the tard agency is NOT ALLOWED to drop her like the dirty public toilet seat she is. DRS/DHS make the decision to drop or keep. And Illinois is alllll about enabling this shit. Thanx, Pritzker
* So SPUDS can keep doing this and wasting everyone's time and they still HAFTA place the tato because she has muh tardation and mentalzz.
* Employment Specialist must use the "Three Cups of Tea" method (AKA HORSESHIT) when forming rapport with potential employers.
* And dipshit pedophiles like SPUDS have been part of a long storied tradition of fucking up so bad, that the employment specialist, coordinator, and director of whatever tard agency is no longer welcome to submit applications or attempt to place a client with them. This makes it HELL ON EARTH for employment specialists to perform weekly job developing. They have weekly quotas to meet.
* Clients like SPUDS aren't just tardos, no siree! They are: Pedophiles/sex offenders, TIP Court, Alcoholics, homeless, mental illnesses with co-morbidities, and yes...tards.
* Which means...even though tard agency and DRS/DHS say they don't make excuses for them...they totally fucking do. All day, every day. Employment specialist and well meaning employers are subject to verbal abuse, physical abuse, threats, and sometimes sexual assault. Be horrified because DRS/DHS often will STILL refuse to bar them from the agency. Others just quietly move them from one tard agency to another.
