The thing that a lot of people aren't too keen to is the fact that intrusive thoughts always represent something you don't and would never do (Though perhaps for Manda, these aren't intrusive thoughts, but rather regular thoughts/fantasies). This is exactly why most people don't specify their intrusive thoughts, as it ends up creating skepticism that you may actually want to do these things. Amanda could've portrayed the exact same meaning even if she didn't specify what the thoughts were, meanwhile, all her including the molestation comments did was make people question whether or not she's fully away from those behaviors that she supposedly regrets.
