I think the appeal should be, but what I never seem to see anyone do, is a certain simulation aspect.
I had an idea for a game once where you hit up bars in the 1970s to pick up chicks, recreating what the experience would have been like back then, ie something a little more than "porn but with extra steps"
You wouldn't even need to have to have sex, you could just play minigames like darts or pool ala Yakuza.
I remember dating games had a brief resurgence in the news at one point but... yeah most of what I've seen around lately is pretty much "porn with extra steps".

I personally get it, some people enjoy plot with their porn cause they prefer porn with characters they grew attached to instead of randos, or just enjoy the build up to it as much as the end result. It's why in the japanese porn game scene you have longer series with plot and gameplay like Rance but also a lot of short to the point games like your average "Magical girl gets beaten and violated" type of stuff.
Nah you just have not seen the decent ones.

Didn't look into them that thoroughly, but none of the banned games appear to have any loli in them, but there are games on Steam that certainly contain loli that aren't banned.

The Woke Left considers anything drawn in an "anime" style to be loli regardless of whether it actually is or not. I hate lolifags as much as the next reasonable person, but these people are insane.

- As the name implies, you date two women at the same time, making the game a bit more difficult than the previous game
- New cast of characters including a tranny... and no, even though you can give her a vagine before you play the game, it's still implied it's a dude either way, so eventually the rest of the cast will get trannied.
- From what I've seen online (I.E. other image boards), not too many people are enjoying this since the writing/dialogue is more cringy than the last game

I still wonder who the dev was trying to please with this cause as far as I can tell the SJWs are screeching about muh transphobia with the troon character and muh racism with some of the other characters in this game and the whole reason there was a vag option is cause the target audience didn't want a troon to begin with.
