Once I ran into a review of a yaoi game that was apparently for yaoi girls who had gone so far down the yaoi hole that they were only aroused by the most outlandishly bizarre shit. The game was called Sweet Pool and was about a gay man who gets raped by his friends a lot and for some reason tiny meat monsters start emerging from his raped asshole and living in his house as basically vermin that he doesn’t want to get rid of, and all the while he’s getting raped more and more by people and slowly dying of something relating to the Meat God or idfk.

The comments on the review were all stuff about how sad and emotional the game was.

it's made by Nitro+chiral, a BL branch of Nitroplus who made Saya no uta.
I'm told it got it's influence from Saya no uta with the meat and horror elements.
I didn't play the VN, I've seen some screenshots and got the plot spoiled by some friends.

For anyone that want's a bit of info before you buy, here's some bullet points.

• Any linux user that wants to play this just like the first game is stuck playing the windows version on WINE. It's for Win/Mac only as of now
• As the name implies, you date two women at the same time, making the game a bit more difficult than the previous game
• New cast of characters including a tranny... and no, even though you can give her a vagine before you play the game, it's still implied it's a dude either way, so eventually the rest of the cast will get trannied.
• From what I've seen online (I.E. other image boards), not too many people are enjoying this since the writing/dialogue is more cringy than the last game

I'd say given the lingering Puritanical streak in American culture (that for some reason didn't really apply as strongly to violence as it did to sex) you'd be hard-pressed to find much in the way of Western porn games that weren't small (fetish-fueled) indie projects. Maybe some Euro stuff but they can be weird about that too.

I mean, throughout most of Manhunt you're listening to a man masturbating to each of the murders you commit. From what I hear Rockstar also scrapped what was going to be an entire level dedicated to the child rapist gang, and instead merged them in with another gang. Plot: Kyu (the fairy from the first game) takes you to "not Hawaii" to go on a banging-spree to collect fairy wings to make a volcano explode because you are the only one that can save the planet from being destroyed by two legendary gods called "Nymphojinn" that will fuck shit up because they are on their periods... and yes you have to bang them too.

It just so happens that the pick of the litter (i.e. the women in the game) is so awful that it makes you want to go back to the first game instead because at least the women from game 1, as flawed as they were, were at least like-able enough that you would want to get to know them more.

I'm not 100% sure on Tiffany being a virgin thing. The game doesn't outright say it like it does for Audrey.

With Tiffany, even though the sexuality token is her least favorite trait, the correct answers to her questions she asks you indicate that she might have had one or more relationships before you came around.
