Her feet are so deformed they're starting to resemble the bound chinese feet.
I've seen this exact thing in some game character creator with modded unlocked sliders (Was it one of The Sims?) where you could make the leg grotesquely fat but feet were a different slider and could end up just like this.

I'll state the fucking obvious: they're abnormally wide, and water/pus filled. She needs surgery on them, at least cosmetically so she could waddle easier.
