I’ve been out of the Amberlynn loop for some time. From what I’ve seen, she sold her $6k bed and also pawned off her engagement rings. Her hauls have been way less, but then again her video making in general has decreased, so I’m starting to question:

Is she starting to have financial issues?

From the above amount, if she makes 90% of the maximum estimated earnings of $6,400 per month, her gross YT income would be $5,760. This means that since her take before taxes is 55% (45% goes to YT) or $3,168. If we assume an income tax of 15%, her net income would be $2,693. Her apartment is about $1,300 per month and her food expenses, as she previously said, is about $1,000 per month. So it leaves about $400 for everything else like health insurance, car expenses, etc. Of course, Becky is helping with the household expenses by doing art commissions. I believe it is $100 per year.

During the last couple of years, her expenses were much lower when she was living in Monticello, and she was making more money too. So, she saved enough for bariatric surgery. Now, it is more than likely that she is supplementing her expenses with some of that saving. This may not last forever. We will know that she is hurting if she decides to move to a cheaper rental place this summer.

I was under the impression that those numbers were post YouTube cut. Now those figures have dropped even more since then (I believe it currently sits at about $5.2k per months * 90% of estimate = $4.6k * 80% taxes = $3.7k take home) and take away basic expenses ($1.3k rent, $600 utilities/car insurance/phone bill, I think no health insurance, if so take away another $200 per month) which leaves us with $1.8k left over or $450 a week for gas and food.

All that to say, she can survive on her current income, but is firmly in the "Struggling American" category now. Ignoring any possible savings (don't know how much of that may be left) she is not making enough for any emergency car repairs, vet visits, or other unexpected expenses. 50/50 on her moving to a less expensive place this summer. It would be the smart thing to do, even if she still can technically make the rent right now, but she has her pride and moving would mean admitting that she is struggling with income (can't give the haters that satisfaction).

I guess we'll see how the numbers look over the next couple of months.

We've been estimating around this amount, or even less, all this year, seems she's being incredibly lazy.
The talking about not having money for WLS anymore could mean 2 things:
- she's using her savings
- she was looking for pity and more members.
The membership saved their smug asses, for now.
Hopefully the haters will stop giving them money and will dry out.

I distincly recall Big Al claiming she socked away 40% of her YTbux right off the top for taxes, then 30% into savings, leaving her the rest to live on. She even said how "proud" she was to have saved so much money.

In the Headache live, someone asked her about getting WLS, and she said she "couldn't afford it" because of taxes.

So, what happened to that 40% that was designated for taxes? If she's been doing that for quite some time, there should have been nore than enough to pay the taxes from there, without dipping into savings. Do we think she was actually designating 40% to set aside for taxes, or was she lying about that? I can't imagine her 2020 income was so significantly higher than 2019 that her tax bill would have exploded to the point where she had to pull some of it out of savings, too.

I suppose there's one more possibility: since she didn't have health insurance, just that reduced fee "insurance" plan, and instead of setting up a payment plan with the hospital and the doctors, she paid out a lot of money to them from her savings, like a moron.

Today someone gave him a thousand bucks on top of the over six hundred he had already made. It must really chap Amber's ass. I can't stand watching him because half the stream is just taking donations and talking about himself but people seem to love it. What bugs me is that he picks on Amber's grammar like he's some kind of scholar (worked at Best Buy and lived with his mother before he started streaming), but his goal banner says "More Money Then Amber." I mean, as long as it pays for the cigarettes and keeps Mrs. Sin from having to go back to being a maid...

I'm not going to fault anyone from making money off these fat bitches. If people want to throw away their money on superchats or whatever to them as well, I say go for it. I will say I am surprised anyone gives him anything extra (and a thousand bucks is just craziness), just as I am that anyone gives Big Al anything extra, but at least he does kind of look at his comments and has mods to keep things kind of steady. There was a repeated incursion by a casino spammer bot last night, though, and that was hysterical.

As for the people with actual ED (unlike Big Al): if he isn't giving them advice - he doesn't, from what I've seen - if people want to spill their guts to a rando on the internet because they think they "know" him, eh, not a big deal to me.

I doubt she got real health insurance, despite every sign in the universe and everyone in it telling her to do so. She said, in reaction to someone asking her if they were going to stay in that apartment that she wasn't sure: they might stay for a year, or maybe six months. Guess you shouldn't have tried being so bougie, Big Al, just to stick it to the haydurs.

I have been pondering on her and Chantal's metrics lately as they are actually pretty identical. Chantal churns out more lives adding up to balance her views.

The tax comment back in December is interesting as it means if earning 4k,
1600 tax
1200 savings
1200 bills.

The problem with this statement is it is a flat out lie. We know Amber's rent because the information is public knowledge and it is along the lines of 1200 - 1600 including amenities like parking and maintenance. Already that rent annihilates her bills. She has multiple expenses such as:

Her 2 iphone 12 bills
Internet - if not included in apartment bills
Disney Plus
Netflix
Youtube premium
Spotify
- These are probably about $300 - 400and all this is without gas and food even power bills etc.

Currently self-employment tax for KY is 15.3% If we take Amber's 4k a month that totals $48k and that is being very generous. Her tax would come up to $6200.

I believe she is eating almost entirely into those savings now as of December she has caught herself when complaining about money, trying not to reveal the true figure. I imagine the cancer treatment cost her a lot of those savings easily taking about 20k of it. If 40k savings is the agreed to amount in savings which I believe is the case.

I believe additionally that she used that savings too to clear her tax, she is in danger though as her content lately is dead and her figures are fallings bit by bit, the death of Haydur nation only exacerbates because it killed the interest for her channel.

We are going to get some panicked content probably in winter as tax season looms.

I'd imagine her credit score is abysmal or nonexistent. When you consider how many people haven't been paying their medical bills because of COVID, they probably didn't want another patient who they'd have to deal with trying to collect bad debt from.

When she used to got to Target or Walmart in person, there's no way she pre-budgeted all the money she was going to spend on crap. She'd just buy buy buy compulsively. I'm sure her food & takeout bills work the same way now.

For the surgery, scans, et al: they may have asked her for something up front. They wouldn't have asked for the entire amount. They woul have billed her for sure, after, and if she's an idiot, she may have plunked down a giant amount of cash. That's stupid. You can send them twenty bucks a month for fucking forever, and they'll take it, entering into what amounts to a payment plan via that acceptance.

ERs must treat you regardless of your ability to pay. Now, they may very well send bills to you (and send you to collections) if they think you CAN pay, and as we know, she's already been sent to collections and had an actual lawsuit that she appears to have settled by finally paying, but clearly Big Al's not at the top of the class when it comes down to dealing with medical bills, as shown quite clearly by her refusal for years to get actual health insurance.

As I noted over in the Chantal thread, neither she nor Chantal bothered to incorporate themselves. Too much work for our dainty princesses. She claims to have been saving 30% but I'm not buying that. Even if she did, all she does is let it sit in a bank account, useless. She could even get CD rates at a better percentage, if her bank even pays interest. Or no load mutuals, or muni notes, or buying index stocks like the S&P 500 Index, or liiiddeerrally ANYthing other than basically shoving the money under her mattress (which, as we all know now, is on the floor in the living room).

I bet for normal and even above normal sized people, that income is great for her area.

But with them consuming all they can, Hamber flexing how much money she "has" with her useless and regrettable purchases, clearly she can't afford to live as she has acclimated herself to - and I for one appreciate seeing the hints of the downward spiral.

Lexington seems to me like a very nice place to live with her income. Although I do not understand why she complains about it since it has all the fast food and restaurants that she likes, and her rent is still rather affordable. If, as she mentioned numerous times that she would like to move to California, her income will not cut it in Los Angeles, San Fransisco, and many other places. Even Petaluma is too expensive for her.
