Isn't Cordelia a little old to be the next Supreme though? And if she was, would she be strong enough to lead it? Can you imagine her trying to reign in Madison, especially now?

She might be too old, yeah. As far as strong willed...she did rip her eyes out last episode.
S'ok, it comes on tomorrow night anyway.littlebiscuits said:^ omg I've so sorry for spoiling things. Forgive me! (But that episode is crazy good.)
Saney said:Yeah, I watch it. What do you think of Coven? Because at this point, I probably wouldn't mind if the Witch Hunters killed most of the cast. It's not that I don't like this season, it's just that they're terrible people.

What about Misty Day?

What about Misty Day?
She's one of the small handful of likeable people.
Pikimon said:I feel like the directors and writers really shirked any plot and potential plot points like:
•Nan's story and origin.
•The Witch Hunter's Motivation for killing witches
•Misty Day's revenge against her killers (Its you who shall burn! I swear it!)
•The identity of Cordelia's attacker (instead of some half ass "dem witchhunters did it)
•Whatever happened to Madison's zombified state she was moaning about?
It all just feels like a giant kudzu plot with a few sideshow atractions to pad time (Let's face it Zoe, Nan, Luke and Kyle couldve been written out and the plot would have been the same). Its very different from other seasons where the most insignificant of characters and details had huge ramifications for the plot and you felt that no one was safe.
Like in season two were you could feel the palpable stress and fear of encountering the demon possesded nun Mary Eunice by Kit or Lana because you knew their lives would be in real danger
Pikimon said:Pissed off about this season finale. Plot holes like swiss cheese.
Pikimon said:Misty Day tried descending to hell but got stuck where her personal hell is killing and reviving frogs in a biology class over and over again. She gets stuck in hell and her body crumbles to ashes to a crying Cordelia. Favorite character that got a worse fate than Madison. Which was bullshit and stupid.
Cordelia is the new supreme. And she is the best Supreme Ever!!! Oh and Murtle requests to be burned at the stake because...reasons.
Oh and remember the baby Marie Laveu took and Spalding took from her? Aparently Ryan Murphy didnt either because no mention of it was ever made ever again.

Last night I decided to "catch up" on the series by just reading the synopses of all the episodes, since I couldn't be arsed to actually sit down and watch it. As was said, what really stuck out to me was the sheer kudzuness of the plot: one episode has 4 or 5 different subplots all going on and massive twists and unexpected turns happen with such regularity that trying to predict anything is virtually impossible. And any one character probably had a 75% chance of dying in any one episode.
