You forgot to mention that the country with the most muslims is not in the middle east. It's actually Indonesia, which not a lot of these oh so enlightened leftists know.

To be fair, Muslim apologists used to bring up Indonesia all the time in an attempt to dispel the assertion that Islam is an extremely ethnocentric religion with a heavy basis in Arabic culture right before they would go back to forgetting its existence and focusing 100% on the middle east. But they stopped doing that so much recently as its become apparent that Indonesia isn't exactly devoid of Islamic extremists.

Some countries are planning to institute a visa system for Qataris (given recent revelations; GCC countries normally accept ID cards for residents travelling between them as valid travel documents) and having an Israeli stamp in your passport excludes you from entry into quite a few of them.

This was always going to happen. Obama appointed social justice advocates kept blocking it for a while but the U.S constitution allows the president to unilaterally deny access to any class of alien and the Supreme Court doesn't recognize "it's mean and hurts our feelz" as a valid legal argument.
