Yes. This is exactly what he did.

He scours the internet for pictures of, say, orchestral conductors - whites only, please - and creates composite images using free facial averaging software.

Then he compares these images to those of putative white racial sub-groups named for European regions or archaeological sites, derived from a book about the History of the White Race written for popular audiences in 1939. He scours the internet for images of people whom he believes to be exemplars of these racial types, and averages these as well.

By looking at these composites and thinking hard with his incredible brain - he badly misunderstands and does not believe in modern geometric morphometrics - our condom-insufflating friend feels he is able to predict which kinds of white people are predisposed for success in what professions. He is under the impression that various behavioral and cognitive aptitudes are strictly heritable and correlated with similarly heritable craniometric features. He insists this is truly scientific and in no way circular reasoning or phrenology.

He's honestly approaching a doctoral dissertations' worth of completely insane and useless work on this stuff by now. This guy is the genuine crackpot article.
