Amy Bouzaglo is a 46yo (born April 20th, 1976) convicted felon, former high class prostitute("Playboy Bunny") turned baker (""chef"") and crazy cat lady previously located in Scottsdale, Arizona where she stole tips from her employees, now in Los Angeles, California. She's notable for appearing twice on "Kitchen Nightmares" (including the only episode in which Gordon Ramsay gave up before being able to implement any changes), a Dr.Phil appearance, serving a year in jail during 2009 after pleading guilty to 5 different social security scams/bank fraud from 1998-2003, appearing on numerous news stations for multiple stories and her long running hatred of everybody/anybody who opposes her online.
Samy Bouzaglo is a 69yo (born January 1rst, 1950) (((Israeli))) gangster, convicted felon in Israeli who is banned from France and Germany for extortion and drug trafficking. He has since gotten into trouble with the law over here. He is the main funder of Amy's schemes and her sugar daddy. He will defend both his and Amy's honor at any cost.

They use frozen ravioli, abuse guests if they ask for pizza to be cooked more, constantly mess up orders because Samy won't let his staff deal with money or alcohol or put them into the cash register, and they steal the tips of their young waitresses they pay barely above minimum wage(8-9$ an hour in Arizona).
Amy was just normal girl from California, committing social insurance fraud, working as a playboy bunny and collecting tips on the side. However, her life got twisted upside down when Salomon "Samy" Bouzaglo, a pussy slaying Jew playboy bachelor 25 years her senior, walked into whatever shithole she was working in and decided he loved her in 2004. Samy happens to be absolutely loaded to the point it doesn't matter whether or not his wife's business schemes work, he just knows that once money runs out she'll dump him for some rich guy 10 years young then himself. In 2007 they opened a bakery/pizzeria together. In 2013 they started on Kitchen Nightmares two times.

Soon after their May 10th 2013 debut into the spotlight they responded to their criticism on Facebook by posting very hateful responses back. On May 13-15th Samy believed himself to be in a quote "internet war", claimed to be be writing down names to make a list of people to sue before trying to claim the account was hacked

Amy has an extremely long history of hating the internet. Ever since around 2010 ( https://youtu.be/nexQhKIx39Q ) she decided Yelp was the best scapegoat for her messing up orders. Then from there she moved on to Reddit, then Facebook where she had a huge reaction. From there she made numerous youtube accounts, although we don't know if she deleted any videos from the time. No matter where Amy goes, she will fight anybody who insults her, as did Samy in the start.
Amy has been saved from her stuff from full documentation because she expresses her violent thoughts, so her accounts get banned. This occurred on her last youtube account where she requested that Dr.Phil was killed and that all of her haters should have been used for Nazi concentration camp science tests, which lead to her account being banned. So please keep a close eye on this one, she says a lot of stuff that goes under the radar. Above even "Dr Phil" Amy hates Gordon Ramsay passionately for starting all of this. Her resentment for Gordon has seemingly only grown over the years despite it being a half decade since the show. She is notable for regularly mentioning him, making dozens of youtube playlists based around insulting him (I only screenshot'd a small selection), confusing the real Kitchen Nightmares youtube channel for a fake one before openly attempting to falsely DMCA all of his channels and accusing Gordon of sexual harassment in 2014.

A lot of this started to happen in late 2018 and early 2019 when algorithms changes made it so Kitchen Nightmares got huge amount of new viewers, myself included. To Amy it's like a whole new generation of "haters" popped up.
Still after 6 years you think she would move on.

Maybe add some newer examples in the OP. The self-doxing mentioned in the OP is new, but it would be nice to see some screenshots and know the lead up to it. From the OP it also does seem that she is quiet even though she has been active. Putting some of this more recent activity in the OP itself will help clarify this and attract more people to the thread.

I post the dox screenshots in order and showed the lead up? She taunted people a few times(the other time is in the Dr.phil screnshot), posted her dox and then talked about deleting it after deleting it. Only her YouTube is really active.

Her age seems to have a few estimates, an article from 3 years ago listed her age as 43 which messed me up. Should have caught the mistake though.

Every title is in order it occured. The only one that you can make the case for is the old Facebook and Twitter screenshots, and theres no a date on most of the screenshots. If you read the summaries it explains those Facebook and Twitter from the post Kitchen Nightmares breakdown(2013) and YouTube stuff is from this year. Yes their six years apart, but those are the two main periods. It's really not that confusing if you read my post.
