Inactive Amy Carlson / Mother God / Gaia - Mom-cult leader who used to be a McDonald's manager, heard voices and decided to leave family and job to form a cult

That video of her drunkenly yelling at the guy over Italian food made my day. If she's mother Gaia, then the solar system is a trailer park. No wonder the Ayyys never visit.

What is their ideology other than "I'm Mommy Earth, now worship me as your Gawd, you fucking whores!!!" The OP mentioned them getting high earners as converts, when I'm not seeing much substance of an ideology, other than lower than basic tier New Age tropes. Aum Shinrikyo was an infamous cult that also attracted high earners and people high up in Japanese society, but their ideology at least had some substance to it, since it was largely just a mishmash of different eastern and western occult systems. It makes me think that this schizo accidentally found a way to play to people's Mommy-Daddy complex, or these people's lives could have been saved if they had only run into an innocent crystal healing aunt first.

EDIT: Also found their official Youtube channel
https://www.youtube.com/c/LoveHasWon/videos.

They are found of doing long livestreams, this gonna be good~

EDIT: 2
Found another sales page of theirs, focused on overpriced candles and sprays (Can't archive, using Brave browser).

Mother God is looking particularly healthy and divine, I’d say.

Thank you, the sales page was a very interesting find. They were selling colloidal silver as a medicine, despite the fact that it can cause heavy metal poisoning if used frequently. Apparently you can't get sick if you're dead.

Something I found interesting was the fact that the person making these statements is Ashley Peluso, aka, Aurora. Apparently, this is a rather old website, so you can find the deadnames of longtime members in the group. I will archive and post this in the OP.

Please excuse the doubleposting, but a former cult member has shared their experiences with LHW on Reddit:
Seeing this cult being revealed in the news helps me better understand and explain what happened to me in 2014 and 2015.

I very nearly lost my children & life. I divorced. I lost my livelihood and life savings (most of which I spent on survival, medical bills, and lawyers to get my children back after the experience). I became malnourished and sleep deprived. I was unable to run my business.

A friend introduced me to this group in 2014. I meditated and joined in on chat room events. They offer kinship and love bomb you. It felt good, so I kept it up.

After agreeing to a “psychic surgery” from Amy online, I was told to make a payment in PayPal and log into the chat room to wait my turn. I think I paid $50.. The “surgery” was held while I was in deep self-hypnosis and logged into the chat room. II was told by Amy that she had scanned my body and found nothing harmful and that I had an “angel chip” which seemed like a positive thing.

The next few days after the “surgery” were the start of what can only be described as psychic attack that unleashed a very dark time for me. It felt like dark energy attacking my light spirit, trying to steal my soul. It felt like you might imagine an attempt at a demonic possession would be - if such things were real. I fought very hard against what seemed like 1000 imaginary entities attacking me in my sleep, waking dreams, and the occasional auditory hallucination (during extreme sleep and food deprivation). This went on for over a year, nearly driving me mad.

There were many imagined light workers and angels that came and went in these illusions, as if to help me fight what seemed to be an epic battle. In the end each one would turn out to be a fake- in my bizarre internal war - leaving me to feel betrayed, exhausted and alone. I was afraid to sleep, eat, or drink.

I even sought out healers and light workers - in the physical world. They also charged money. Nothing helped. The more I fought, the weaker I got. Meditation seemed to worsen it.

Being on the receiving end of posts and meditation sessions from Love Has One, the First Contact Ground Crew, was a huge mistake. I believe my imagined attacks arose from being hypnotized by this group during deep meditation.

If by some chance there are dark forces - they have a hold on this group. You have to sign permission for a surgery and psychologically and spiritually that is the moment you symbolically give them power in your head. The result was traumatic for me.

Deep meditation makes you vulnerable to suggestion. It’s dangerous in the wrong hands.

Amy is not mentally well. She needs professional in-patient treatment and so do her victims. The cycle of terror and heightened anxiety about the next big event to save the world is addictive and dangerous.

If anyone reads this and resonates with it, you are not alone. Get help. Explain to a psychologist that you are a cult survivor. You may need psychiatric care to recover.

I’m better now., but shit really hit the fan before I was forced to be treated. I wish I had gotten help sooner. They tell you to fear doctors.

As soon as I slept and ate - even before much-needed medication to calm down- the terror and delusional thoughts began to subside.

Today, I have my children and a career that is meaningful. I am sane, peaceful, and emotionally balanced. It’s been four years since ai got help from therapists and medication.

Thank goodness. My friend who introduced me to the group had to be rescued from the compound- suffering malnutrition and delusional. It’s terrifying.

I don’t know exactly how or why they have this power over people, but it is frightening. They don’t necessarily have to drug people to cause it. I was not drugged. It was all psychological.

Get out. Get help. Do not give them money. Trust friends and family who want to help. Do not give up. You may need some medication. And time to come down and wake up from this nightmare. It triggers all of your primitive fears and vulnerability. It is possible to recover. Eat, drink enough water, and get some sleep so that you can begin to think clearly. You need your strength to survive this. It’s not easy, but you can do it.

According to this person, Amy uses the meditation sessions to deprive her followers of food and sleep as well as brainwash them into worshipping her. Both the person and her friend had to get medical treatment after leaving the cult as a result of these sessions. While it may seem lolcowish to even join this cult in the first place, we must remember that Amy is very good at manipulating people who are already vulnerable.

Woah, I can imagine that this person feels robbed of their sanity. I can't imagine what it must be like to be instilled with these described fears and feel very stupid because of it. It's dangerous that these people walk free imho, I think WBC for example is less frightening and less dangerous as well.

Makes me think that I should be happy that I'm never able to reach a meditative state, I never knew that you'd be so vulnerable to (bad) suggestion. Makes me wonder about all those hippie circles that take mescaline or something and instill themselves and others in said circle. That's probably how echo chambers start.

Probably a good time to mention that it's never a bad idea to research and read up on various cults. You could start with Tony Ortega's Underground Bunker online--read the comment sections after the posts once in a while. After a while, you'll gain some insight on identifying cult behavior/activity. You'll be able to spot suspicious cult activity through mailings/posts about "seminars"/and even group discussions so you can steer clear and protect yourself.
This is one cult I hadn't heard of and it was interesting and entertaining to read the news article about the ex-member being left naked in the desert. Nice to see too that there are plenty of concerned citizens out there already onto this whackadoo's bullshit.

El Comandante has long been interested in cults in general from an intellectual standpoint: who is vulnerable, how they reel people in, how they brainwash them into staying in some shithole in the middle of the desert, how they keep cultists from leaving, etc. I must have seemed like an easy mark since when I went to college (a community college where any fucktard can literally walk right onto campus and start pushing bullshit without the campus rent-a-pigs noticing) I was constantly being approached by guys pushing all sorts of weird shit. That and access to the internet really got me intrigued.

There's a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where people get into it and it seems as if they are being attacked by evil spirits. It sounds like Amy and LHW somehow manage to induce this state in perpetuity, and perpetuate it with denial of food and water and sleep.

Of course, if you're one to believe in a dark world full of evil spirits and the accompanying belief in spirit warfare, you'd say that Amy/LHW is channeling or connected to demons and use evil forces to bind people. That Guru Magazine article makes for intriguing reading-at one point the reporter talks about having to flee the house in Creston they'd Airbnb'd for a week to do research for the article because they felt like they were being constantly accosted by some sort of evil force.

I wonder how a generic schizo fucktard like Amy can somehow get a dozen people to move to the desert and worship her as Mother God with all the mind control shit. This is not entry level shit, guize. Amy may have some sort of demonic-arts background that nobody has uncovered yet, or maybe she's just a natural at it like Charlie Manson. (And even Manson had SOME training-he's been connected to Scientology and a 1960s cult called The Process/The 4P.)

Just read over the Guru Magazine article. It seems that Amy lived in Crestone between 2011 and 2013. Nobody seems to know where she stayed, what she did, while there. Apparently there's all sorts of really fucking cuckoo cults out there that people get sucked into. And of course there's the whole "portal to literal Hell" thing. I'm willing to bet that Amy had some sort of occult training when she was in Crestone during 2011-13. She can brainwash people with just a 60 min or so phone call. You don't learn that in Bumfuk, Texas.

Entering "crestone colorado" into DDG immediately pops up "crestone colorado cult" for the autofill. Click that and most of the results are from LHW's excellent adventure in Hawaii, along with the Guru article, some stuff on a woman who vanished in the area in 2016 while on some sort of spiritual quest, and a couple odds and ends such as a woman who advertises standard psychic-woo shit. A link for LHW's website pops up too, and the subheader is full of mangled HTML.

Could be that she was charismatic at some point. Although David Koresh was not considered charismatic or particularly competent at much of anything. I haven't read any books on Waco so I don't know what opinions cult experts would offer regarding that or even this situation.
You're right. Amy was rather charismatic before her mind was shoulder-deep in her bullshit. If you look at her videos back from 2009-2012, they're way different than the ones from 2013 and beyond. She sounds more coherent and comforting, especially to those who may be vulnerable.

That actually reminds me of a story I read, where a mental hospital had ten people all claiming they were Jesus with each of them claiming the other nine were fakes.
You might be thinking of The Three Christs of Ypsilanti, where a psychiatrist treated three men who shared that delusion by having them confront each other.
