She is so clearly mentally ill that I wonder if anyone has reached out to try to help her. Like was she acting like this when she spoke to Julie Bindel and other radfems who seemed to like her and want to be her friend? It must’ve been a fairly sudden psychotic break.
Avoiding a powerlevel here, but before she went all anti-radfem and imploded on twitter (mid 2019 ish, if I remember correctly) they absolutely did. In offline radfem circles quite a lot of women were worried about her, because of her seeming instability and tendency to 180 on friends and block them out of nowhere. The UK radfem clique is pretty tight, and more controversial members - Posie Parker is a good example aside from Dyess - get talked about a lot at radfem meets, because their means of activism is more contentious.
Nobody in UK radfem circles could give a rats ass about Dyess any more though, meetups and the like went down the pan when covid hit and are pretty much exclusively online only until the last couple of weeks. Haven't heard her mentioned by anybody in at least a year.
