Wisconsin (real name Amy Lynn Lew) is a girl known for posting sexually explicit, attention whoring videos. One, for example, involves her answering the door for a pizza man while using a banana on herself as a dildo (NSFW). Her Vid.me profile contains mostly NSFW shit of her using dildos in public places. Whatever.
One of her most well-known videos features her masturbating in a Wal-Mart bathroom, then going around asking men to smell her "perfume" (again, NSFW). Finally, she uploaded a video in which she gives her top ten reasons why women should fuck dogs:

As of November 12, 2016, Amy is on the run from the law (archive). A warrant has been issued for her arrest on pornography charges, but police have been unable to locate her. Her boyfriend, meanwhile, is facing felony charges for child pornography and has already gotten in trouble in prison for beating another inmate. Thanks to @InLivingTuna for bringing this to my attention.

- Legal in some countries and states. Because of that: No reason to worry.
- Kink. Being submissive to a wolf. Something most people wouldn't do.
- Convenience. The dog is just there. No need to go out for sex.
- They don't nag, nor complain. They are silent companions.
- They are easy to train. That protects from unwanted humping in front of other people.
