We're interested in his activities, not yours. Sending you a bunch of emails from different email addresses screaming the same thing at you fits his M.O., but I'm curious as to why he's accusing you of theft. I thought this was some kind of mod infringement thing at first, but he's throwing hissy fits at people who do a cosplay too similar to something he's done, too?

Thanks for the information. Your work looks pretty damn professional-grade. Strange that this guy would dig up your email address and make an extremely poor attempt to terrorize you from sockpuppet accounts, but again, the person emailing you is a lunatic with a history of getting banned from all kinds of places across the internet.
My best guess is that you beat somebody he knows and/or likes in a competition and he's angry. He's that type.
You can actually report that to Google if it's a big enough issue.
EDIT: Also yea holy shit that's legit really nice cosplay.

It would be great if you could copypaste all of the different email addresses he's used to contact you. While he may abandon them/use them only once, it may be helpful in finding other instances he's used the email addresses to harass other people.
