I've been slacking on menial Gab updates. so I'll cram them here. They're still working on Hydra Social (maybe the longest they've ever gone without giving up?) They're shipping a market place and a Paypal alternative with it. It looks like they decided not to partner with Strike.

Torbo confirmed in the monthly update that they're actively looking into a solution for the Dissenter Browser. It probably won't be based on Brave anymore. My guess is degoogled Chromium. But that has its problems, so maybe something else ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was legitimately the best alternative option when it started off, and it got some momentum, and that's why people still use it. It's coasting.

Moving is a huge pain in the ass, you have to start from scratch, there was no reason to think in the beginning that they'd progressively fold to pressure (except for being UK based, I guess) so people will probably move progressively more toward LBRY as Bitchute continues to shit the bed, not all at once.

I think Torba is slowly becoming based after the American Jewish Congress tried to shut down his site. He must be deeply autistic or delusional, because most normal people would have swallowed their principles and fully embraced the grift long time ago. It will be interesting to see what Torba does in the future, as cucking out would financially destroy him. He has been forced down the path of radicalization, which is a microcosm of much larger phenomenon.
