Some of you may or may not remember way back when but there was a controversy surrounding a very popular youtube name Andy Signore, creator of Honest Trailers:
He was haphazardly fired by his parent company Defy Media surrounding several sexual assault/misconduct allegations by several women. The most prolific accuser and first person to start the #metoo train on Andy was April Dawn:
April made several accused Andy Signore of sexually harassing her on several occasions. The most scandalous of allegations was when she claimed Andy lured her into a hotel, attempted to rape her with a dildo and took naked photos of her without her permission:

This lead to the endless amount of ridicule and criticism coming from all over the place. Mainstream media articles written by the dozens essentially claiming Andy Signore was a sexual predator who likes to prey on his fans and was disloyal to his wife.

The humilation lasted for over about 8 months until Andy Decided to sue Defy Media for breach of contract and multiple other violations:

Some months later Defy Media settles with Andy Signore. The settlement itself has not and probably wont be disclosed to the public. However, unfortunately for April Dawn (and very fortunate for us and Andy) with lawsuit now being over Andy was able reveal details and lies about his reaction with April Dawn for the whole internet to see which he did in his 17 minute youtube video called "#MeToo Misfire - An honest defense of Andy Signore"
