EDIT: Also I think Alex made a massive mistake by specifically pointing his guy at those guys. I belivie if you point it at the ground or air it leads to lesser charges, but I'm not a legal guy.

Wow Failure is the man, he was literally gonna protect Andy by fighting all those guys "Andy take the speaker". Alex pulling a gun was probably a bad idea but he's like 5 feet tall 100 lbs. As usual Andy delivers with another shit show, they all get incarcerated for trusting pigs to do their job. This ain't Canada Andy, pigs will plant crack on you in Florida just so they have something to do for the night. Also they aren't black, it was a bunch of white guys so right away it's not ok to potentially shoot them.

depending on if the state laws have gay quirks, as long as his guns not illegal and hes not stupid and knows what to say he should get off. some states have laws with varying definition of a defensive display of a firearm vs a threatening display.
having not seen the recording, that could help or break them if they act stupid but if other factors are met like others being witnesses him speaking smartly should get him off in most cases. its normal to be detained/temporarily jailed after a defensive shooting or incident merely having a gun present. doesnt mean youll get charged necessarily

Looks like Andy and Failure are not being arrested, but a cop mentioned Alex could be charged with federal charges as fist fights don't warrant deadly force. City they are in is Clearwater (should have built up those Scientology connections).
EDIT: I guess on the plus side this means the guy who punched Failure could get charged as well, since I imagine the cops talked to him and took his info.

The cop's solution to this was them taking the beating, with whatever severe or permanent injuries that may entail. What a piece of shit. Especially since if this fuck was in the same situation, those 3 dudes would likely be dead with crack sprinkled all over their bodies.

This is a fallacy, if it's a black child with skittles and no witnesses it's definitely self defense. Florida is a shit hole, Clearwater is even worse because it's owned by the church of Scientology, specially the PD. Andy recorded a bunch of guys trying to jump them, clearly following them without provocation to a secluded area. They assaulted Failure, then Alex pulls a gun (which wasn't loaded) and asks them to walk away, then Alex/Failure call the police. The police Alex and tell him, he should have taken the beating. Then charge him with a felony, say they'll arrest everyone if Failure press charges, then proceed to let the guys who assaulted Failure (on video) go.
