Joe I think lives in Austin, the most liberal part of the entire state. I have people around Dallas I know, and it's not as bad as he's making it out to be. Dallas and surrounding areas around Dallas still have water and electricity is on regularly there now. Also, I guarantee if the state was blue, he would have said the actual cause of the issue, that this kind of temperature drop in Texas is unprecedented.
