I wonder how they feel about Nagatoro being a complete asshole for the first episode, maybe they'll feel it's female empowerment over the loser men. These people will not stick around for subsequent episodes where she turns around. This outrage shit is to tiring after Shield Hero, Goblin Slayer, and Uzaki.
I don't get the appeal of Nagataro, do people really want a woman who does nothing but treat you like shit and try to get under your skin? She seems less "tsundere" and more genuinely mean. The whole fantasy seems self destructive.

The answer to that is yes, but also Nagatoro becomes vanilla pretty quick, and the bullying becomes her getting him to exercise more and learning to snowboard.
Whats surprising to me is Terror in Renonance since it wasn't very good, the only thing I remember about that show was the great soundtrack, the terrible english, and the dumb ending.

Thing is, it started as a masochist manga, based on the webtoon's theme. Tho the Japanese audiences didn't like it much & even the author felt like going to far. The anime may tone it down too, cause MC is basically harrassed in the starting chapters.
That makes it kind of pointless to elaborate on the writing and world building, which to no surprise is pure Down's syndrome. I was originally tempted to say that I haven't seen such an excuse for a writing that is merely an autistic power fantasy by a virgin with rage since Sonichu, but from what I've seen so far, comparing Redo of Healer with Sonichu would be an insult and excessively disrespectful to Chris.
Author's a female btw.I watched the first two episodes of Redo of Healer. It feels like it was written by an emotionally stunted manchild who is still seething over his high school crush dumping him for Chad. The author's painfully obvious seething hatred he has for whatever woman hurt his feelings is the only source of comedy as unintentional as it is.
I have yet to watch Cromartie, but Iruma-kun is very underrated. Megalo was good too, but Ashita no Joe fans consider it more of rip-off, instead of the homage it is.
Which doesn't really change the fact that Redo of Healer is Dave Cheung-tier garbage at best.
