That's what happens when you have subhumans like Lynzee writing an article.
Blacklisted would imply that Vic was terminated and had done something that goes against Funimation's basic affirmative defense in regards to their Twitter statement about his contract.
The only true way to know is discovery of communications between ANN and the informant (likely Monica or Ron).
Those communications will be juicy.
