I've never had a woman ask to be fairly and genuinely assessed without bias. It's always just "fluff up my feathers a little, please".

For this reason, I'd say women who don't know her personally, and don't have the predisposed need to protect her feelings, are assessing her much more honestly than her close friends or peers.
