most people who work in Seattle can't even live there and plenty don't even live in the county let alone the city. Taxes are high, bureaucracy is retarded, land isn't cheap despite the crumbling infrastructure, and if you own a home in the immediate area, it's likely a rental or a generational home. It's said you need to make at minimum 70-80k as an individual to comfortably live intercity, but that feels like a low ball.

Even though working class struggle to live in the city, a lot of the premo housing in the prettier areas have designated welfare blocks; and on top of the homeless problem, the drug problem, and the mounting street and gang violence, there are entire sections of the city that are dangerously lower class even with all the premium prices you pay to stay somewhere "nice". After CHAZ, I had seen an uptick in "Seattle is one of the best places to live" articles. Don't be fooled-it looks like shit, it smells like shit, and it's a trashcan of a place.

If he isn't going broke already, he will pretty fucking quick, and Anisa will likely be on her stream crying about how actually scary and actually dangerous Seattle is the moment she realizes what it's actually like to walk down the street there as a moderately attractive woman.
