This is kind of what has kept me back from drawing some spoofs involving Sarkeesian among others: the thought of fuckups like these fapping to something I had created is kind of unsettling. Then again, there's probably nothing on the internet some weirdo doesn't jerk off to, so maybe I should calm my tits and accept my fate.
As far as I know, the reason why react this way is because due to recent overblown incidents (such as GTA5 taken off the shelves in a Target store in Australia due to an online petition, even though the said petition is raided by gamers themselves that try to make fun of it) and "censorship and localization" of their games, they begin to blame the SJWs especially Anita for causing it to happen, hence why the phrase "SJWs are taking away our games" is used often among them unironically.

I don't see the problem with TJ's latest video? Anita is asking for 200k for some stupid bullshit that won't help women at all, yet she gets all pissy when TJ sets up a donation fund for a legitimate, verified charity. Maybe they take things too far, but Anita is hardly a saint.
I'm interested in learning more about that. Honestly it was something that came up on my Twitter feed and I felt like posting it here to see what others thought.

Basically, Anita is begging for more money for an equally dumb cause that doesn't help women. This is particularly ridiculous as she didn't even deliver on the first project. TJ pointed this out, and to counter her, and show that the supposed anti-feminists can actually help women more than the career feminists that clearly don't give a fuck, started the donation fund for a really great charity. It's highly-ranked and extremely accountable
