So as far as we can tell she is on the lease and the roommates tried to do an illegal booting and probably realized you cant do that so now they are trying to get her off the lease.

Seems like shit has been off the rails for awhile but the fact is you cant kick someone off their lease, this may be why Henry of the Notes tried so hard to have a sit down. They have to work something out or convince tony to agree to remove themselves from the lease.

Honestly, compared to having Troonzilla squatting in their house getting doxed on KF is very small potatoes.

The only embarrassing thing about them being dox here so far is just being associated with Anthony. They are idiots though if they don’t read this thread and take advantage of our archiving, because giving Tony’s a degenerate scumbag they will probably have to have him legally removed and showing he’s a mentally ill fraudster might help speed the process along in court.

Or they can just flee and leave the poor landlord to deal with the trainwreck. I have a feeling that Tony has terrible credit and no refs so they might be the actual responsible parties on the lease but if that’s the case and they still let Anthony add his name to it was a grave mistake. He was planning to be a squatter all along.

When it comes to getting someone removed from your lease not even refusal to pay works. Being cray isnt a reason to kick someone off a lease. Basically they have to die and even then youre responsible for their portion of payment. Leases are ironclad in terms of what the tenants owe landlords and being evicted for any reason is a giant black mark for getting future tenancy.

Tonys roommates are fucked if they dont pay. this is why you dont move in with and sign a lease with a grifter like tony.

Tony’s already doxxed his family thanks to his unusual last name and reading personal letters his batshit father wrote to him. Tony better never breed because as much as he shit talked his crazy dad, he’s totally and utterly surpassed him in the crazy shitbag Dept.

It’s amazing he posts shit like this thinking it does anything but make him look like a gross, dirty POS making the life of other adults miserable.

Most people over 20 have had roommates and you don’t confront a roommate and or mention such things unless the situation is extremely bad. The fact they were nicely begging Tony to not be a smelly, gross slob stinking up the house just demonstrates how awful he must be.

Lindsey seems to be incredibly patient and nice to him (if also a bit passive aggressive) in those messages. She talks to him, with good reason, like you do to a slow adult Encouraging basic daily living skills, which he obviously totally lacks.
