Anthony is so painfully stupid it’s really hard to watch. The cringe factor got unbearable for me by the half-way mark.
He obviously thinks his insults were such cool burns he did an entire fucking video, with background Muzak, about a dumb DM slap fight on POF. But he can’t even own it, he has to clarify how much he “hated” trying to insult this woman (because he respects women so much!) before reading outloud each of his dumbass juvenile insult DMs. He hated insulting the physical appearance of women so much he did it over and over and then made a video about it.
This video is a great example of Ani’s vapid and pathetic life. A pointless “you’re not pretty” pissing match with a total stranger was important enough to do an entire video reeeeeing about.

It sounded to me as if they are currently doing the written "As of June 1, you have 30 days to return the keys and leave your room in a satisfactory condition" * letter.
*N.B.: I don't know how long the warning period where he is, is; nor when it possibly started. But if they are serious about getting him out of there, and they sounded like they are, that is what they have to do as a first step.
(I have to say, I am struggling with how I feel about this situation. Because I really dislike how Tony is behaving even though he is within his rights; on the other hand, the room mates wanted to play SJW and ~save~ the poor oppressed trans lady, and kind of asked for all this pain.)

It has been almost two months since Anthony agreed to move out (he was granted three weeks to move, he spent them getting his name changed instead), and over one month since the yelling at roommate on the street incident. In his video after that confrontation, he said the roommates would be forced to "deal with [his] ass" for 20 more days so he could get mail, it has been 34 days as of today and he presumably is still squatting there.
