I mean, most of the Cyberpunk I've seen has had people making outrageous modifications to their bodies with technology and genetics, so, in fact, "genderfluidity" makes perfect sense in a Cyberpunk setting. You got dudes giving themselves enhanced musculature, arms with spring-loaded blades, telescopic night vision eyes, permanently dying their skin and hair outrageous colors, so fuck it, why not some weird ass sex-change shit.
