It's as if they've went "Hmmm, calling the people we disagree with racist, misogynistic and bigoted doesn't seem to be winning them over to our side... I guess it's time to double down and call them Nazis!"
One technique they like to use when protesting/rioting is the "Black Bloc" (Wearing black masks/clothing and going around in a tightly packed group), they believe in Direct Action

An antifa group in the UK - Unite Against Fascism, nearly stopped Nick Griffin, leader of the British National Party (BNP) from going on Question Time.
