It's federal, dude. They don't even have jurisdiction if it isn't violating federal statutes, and unless it crosses state lines, dumb pantifa crimes like tipping over trash cans doesn't qualify. Throwing bombs at federal buildings, crossing state lines to commit arson, that kind of shit does invoke federal jurisdiction though.
