I've been getting sort of addicted to art-tuber related drama recently but it's hard to search for.

Drawing with Jazza, he's not much of a "drama magnet" but he just has an uncanny art style. Kinda like Tim Buckley.
There's Baylee Jae. A thirty something woman whose art style looks like it belongs to an 11 yr old girl and somehow makes enough money from it.

Some might remember SavDraws from when all the commentary channels were going after her/him. Nowadays, they don't post very much, but they do live stream and those live streams are worth catching just to see them draw for 20 minutes by finding a reference, putting it under their actual drawing, painting over it with a color pallete that they're eyedrop tooling, and the whole time they bemoan how hard art is and how no one understands how skilled they are and how no one wants to buy their stuff even though it's "better than RossDraws" and finally throwing a tantrum and having their chat kiss their ass to refill their ego. Then they play video games, or, if you're lucky, Sav will pull up their old classmates' or even their "friends'" and complain to the 12 year olds in chat how shitty that person's art is and how Sav's is so much better and have the 12 year olds engage in ultimate hugbox mode via "Oh yes, they're so awful, you're so good Sav!"
Now this seems like standard manchild behavior, but if you bring up any of the questionable things that Sav has done in chat and they happen to see it, they will engage full tardrage mode, complete with suicide baiting. Said questionable things in no particular order include:
The before mentioned portfolio things
Dream Daddy sex RP with a 12 year old
Having underaged people on stream and talking about very sexual things with them
Encouraging a 16 year old to post gay furry porn
Having a discord full of 12 yr olds where Sav posts nsfw things
The time Sav said babies were sexy
The fact that Sav decided they were trans because they played Dream Daddy and wanted to bang the aryan priest dude.
Late commissions
Commissions where they took the money and never did them
The low quality of his commissions where they, in Tearzah style, copypastes limbs and bodies, eyedrop tools from the reference pic, etc
The time they said that they refuse to attend an actual art program because "No matter where I go, I'll be the best."
The fact that they're in love with their severely autistic friend who still rejects Sav because Sav is a morbidly obese manchild
I'm sure there's more, but I dipped out when the pedophile stuff got hardcore. Yes, I weened and reported them to the government, but nothing came of it.

There was a short time when I watched Holly Brown a few years back, and at the time I was still struggling with the basics of things like inking and implementing anatomy, and at the very least her videos convinced me to try doing figure study and experiment with more mediums, but after a bit I realized she was kind of a dick.
I haven't watched her in forever because I think her Purgatory comic is really gross and sloppy in the way it handles things like rape and stigmatized relationships, and the way she acts like such a high and mighty ARTISTE while also being rude to other artists rubs me the wrong way. Not to mention, her anatomy creeps me tf out sometimes.
Like I said, I haven't watched her in a really really long time, but every time I hear someone complain about her I listen out of morbid curiosity.
Also Jazza's thumbnail character has prevented me from ever watching any of his videos, but apparently he's a chill guy so whatever.

D'Angelo Wallace usually has his ear to the ground with regards to ArtTuber drama. He was involved in the Holly Brown drama and usually chimes in on more minor things like RossDraws tracing. DaftPina is similarly observant.
As far as personal art cows I don't really have any. I think I'm too new to the community, I haven't found all the weirdos yet.

I've seen a few videos of hers, she does come across as spergy but she's not a lolcow.
I think she manages to have a fanbase because people don't realise that she's 30+ and they like normie anime and cartoon badges.

I started watching her years ago by chance when looking for copic swatches (she had video on them) and stayed for funny cringe factor (ETA: exact moment when I fell in love with her work, she talk about drawing hands https://youtu.be/so4FqVnmNaE?t=120 ). She's not a lolcow, not even approaching a sperg. She's what I'd call a teenage weeb who didn't realize they are no longer teenage in their hobbies, but is still an adult normie in real life with surprisingly keen sense of business.
What makes her funny is her inability to realize how not talented she is and how stupid she sound when she disparages traditional learning method and art school in general. My guess is because she knows she's not good enough to get admitted to any of them. But no drama there, unless you count sold out D23 tickets. She's prime example of YT art channel- can't draw for shit, but is entertaining to watch not always for the right reasons.
Except for Holly Brown, I can't really think of any big drama that would span long enough to expose somebody as a lolcow. The nature of art in general makes it hard to sustain a cow. Like, you have to have actual skill and put time and effort into it, and if you don't or try taking shortcuts, there's always Tracing Police waiting for you at every corner to shame you to death.

Kinda a nitpick here, when the dude says she is "Broken" I think the tuber takes it the wrong way. He means Broken (videogame term) like really powerful as they are looking at her followers. She takes it as broken (brain problems).

Even if these guys are right about her art being trash, I think they're both pretty pathetic. Talk shit, get called out on it, and then apologize out of convenience. Streamers and e-celebs like this can go fuck themselves.
The SolarSands stuff was pretty overblown imo, especially since it was carried out by some fetishists that he made fun of. The really juicy DA "critic" stuff was with that other guy, DeviantCringe. It's not fair to say that someone can't critique art because they're shit at drawing, like anyone can eat a shit pizza and know it's shit without being Gordon Ramsey. DeviantCringe though was trollshielding to the max. It came out that he's a hardcore vore guy, I think he's into vore inflation too iirc and some other cringey shit. The avatar he uses is his self-insert that he commissions people to draw vore shit of. Neither him or SolarSands are really truly cow-ish though because afaik, they don't really chimp out. They're just a bunch of autists, especially DC, going after low hanging fruit. I think the worst thing that happened was DC deleted some stuff to hide his fetish history.

Yeah he obviously means broken as in OP. He's talking about how she's followed by so many big names, saying 'look how broken she is' while looking at her Twitter followers makes zero sense in the context the video poster took it.
For the record I also agree with the base observations, that her art wouldn't get nearly so many followers if she wasn't an e-girl, but laughing about it for a good half hour on stream and expecting there won't be any repercussions is damn foolish.
