Partly writing this to distract myself from the fact that I have to get up at 3 am for a half marathon tomorrow, have any of y'all done endurance events like that? Or maybe just some jogging for fun, maybe a little parkay too?
(This is going to be a very hilly 13.1 miles, and I'm not to optimistic about the weather!)
