I still have trouble believing that they can record you without your express permission.
They always answer with "Don't worry about them, it's for a documentary" whenever anybody asks.

Weellll, cops and officers already video cam from the car and some wear body cams....not much difference.

Yeah but they're making money using your image. I have no idea how they manage it legally without a hefty amount of waivers. There's a reason all the old "comedian walks out in the street and fucks with people" skits have blurred faces.

They get waivers from the people you see in promos and commercials.

Because they aren't selling anything DURING the show. Same reason the local news doesn't blur out faces. Commercials are a different beast.
