4 whales with high donations, and a new employee called I. Cooper. Warren got paid $1000 again, looks like that's his quarterly salary. I'll compare this with our previous database of financials next.

The Anons and the Totals
Looks like Frank managed not to dox the small-time donors this time, alas.
The total receipts this time were $3750 from the paypigs, plus another $4841 from small donors. By comparison Q3 was a disaster when they only raised $1000ish, Q2 had about $4000ish, and Q1 2017 (the big kickoff) had something like $21000 of total donations. Seems like they went to work either recruiting new donors or wooing back the old ones.

Total cash on hand is up to $3179.39.
(EDIT: and if the rumors are true that they're buying signatures at $2 apiece, you can take another $2000 or so right back out of there)

The Expenditures
3 monthly payments to NationBuilder (who Wu has been reeeeeing at over Twitter), $1000 to Warren, and $1000 to a mysterious "I. Cooper" whose address is a PO Box in Denver. Why would you have a campaign worker in Denver? We need to do some digging here.

How do you figure? The campaign is probably right back at the zero mark now, after the signature payments and the next NationBuilder monthly bill. If they're going to keep the lights on against the odds, seems like this was the bare minimum.

By the way, does everyone know that you can look up individual donors? Here's David Jones from the paypig list:

You have to add in the non-itemized donations too. Frank finally figured out that small donors don't have to be individually listed, the total for them is just reported in aggregate.

I'm not going to do every single one, but there were a bunch of "characters" in there who might make for an interesting read.

Something off about this report, it includes no fees for financial transactions with ActBlue.

ActBlue is still Wu's main payment processor, it's where supportbrianna.com points, and she didn't even have a bank account linked to NationBuilder until mid January. At least some of these transactions must certainly have been handled by ActBlue, but there's no accounting for it. She also hasn't noted any bank fees for several quarters.

I have a horrible suspicion that all these funds are just being funnelled in to Frank or Brianna's personal bank account without any care being taken to separate which funds are personal and which belong to the campaign. It would certainly explain why Brianna had to refile all the old reports with new totals for cash on hand. If they had a separate bank account, discrepancies in cash on hand would be immediately obvious.

Whatever the case, their accounting hygiene is obviously extremely poor.

Because if the world was fair, she would have raised $0 and that $8500 would have gone to Syrian war orphans, or a food bank, or hookers and blow, or basically anything else, which would have been a more worthy cause.

None of these donations are coming from District 8.

It would be hilarious if everything is going into their personal account. That's so illegal, and so easy to avoid.

And that's the really weird part because there's no incentive not to charge legitimate bills to the campaign. Makes me think all the irregularities are purely down to laziness and incompetence rather than attempted embezzlement.

Meanwhile - I took a look through some of the more unusual previous donors and there's nothing really notable in there. Pretty much everyone I looked at had either never donated to anyone else, or only donated to ActBlue and big-name politicians. Regrettably, there's no "Warren Lynch of donors" to be found.

It's just a PO Box, it doesn't actually have a street address at all. I think they just filed it oddly on the FEC form - there's no such thing as "Broadway Street" either.
