Dry clean the mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with hot butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little water and cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove the pan from the heat. Add butter, pepper and salt again.
Steam the trout fillets and place them on a preheated serving dish with the mushrooms.
