Thanks for the info! iOS's markup tool is amazingly shitty in that it just darkens parts of an image rather than completely blacking out the text, so it's a lot of fun to take a badly-redacted image and dig out what was improperly hidden.You can use any image editing program that allows you to adjust levels, contrast, or color values. "Kathryn" is clearly visible while "Stephanie" only has "st-p-nie" visible.
