I don't thing avoiding eye contact it's much of a bother for autists.
They are not bothered by others eye contact rather they just wish to avoid looking at the other in the eye.
So unless the other person insist to be looked in the eye (which is very rare) avoiding eye contact is not a problem.

I don't know actually I have not the tism(or do I?)

No. They are attracted to anime because it's is usually on the nose, obvious communication. The characters and their actions are easy to read. Same goes to cartoons, sonic etc. Nothing too subtle to confuse people. That is coming in handy when you have problems reading social clues.

Wrong, it's because the hair is cool and the body proportions while alternative still tend to skew on the side of being heroic while also having a high attention to detail.

Everyone knows Japan doesn't have autists because they put all those babies up for adoption so woke white people will adopt them.
Or they marry Americans who work out of the military bases.

I wouldn't say so. Most autists who are obsessed with Japan tend to be after watching anime. And characters in anime do a lot of things people in Japanese culture rarely do like eye contact, hugging, etc. @Blamo said it quite well, faces in anime aren't too expressive so animators do over the top animations to show feelings which is helpful to autists. I would also add there seems to be a lot of character types in anime. I don't know them all but I know of tsundere and yandere. One is bully turned lover (I think?), the other is kill for my lover muahah. Makes it easy for autists when most characters have no more depth than their "-dere" type.

It's not autists, its pedos, weeabo normies included.
Actual Jap culture is very different from your cartoons, and they see anime fans as pedos because that's the truth.
