Paris, Marseille and Roubaix spring to the forefront of my mind. They also have some of the highest Muslim populations in Europe.

Roubaix was at 20% Muslim last I heard, the other two don't have quite as many.

That's still fairly light though, there are several Greek cities where the Muslim population i in excess of 40%.
