Too be fair Bob cared alot for Chris until it became apparent that he couldn't grasp what was really going on and Chris became more and more entrenched in the internet. Sometimes I feel bob deserved better. All he wanted was a son to shoot the shit with and maybe do some father son stuff with

It's a bit hard to tell, because the ones with more normal parents aren't likely to mention them often, or will give accounts that can't be trusted (like Connor's tales of his family).

I think its pretty much a requirement to grow into a fully fledged lolcow.

Any good parent would stamp out lolcowism before it reaches it terminal stages it takes a bad parent to allow a lolcow to really blossom.

I'm pretty sure that JustinRPG's mom was normal, or as normal and adjusted as you can be when your live-in son is JustinRPG. In a case like her's, there's only so much you can do to help the guy out before it's out of your hands...

Other than that? Like @Hellblazer said Connor's accounts of his parents are unreliable at best and it's harder to tell with other cows who don't have involved parents. Unless I'm missing something, and please tell me if I am, I'm pretty sure that Eli's parents are fairly normal apart from being neglectful enough of him to let him get away with Tupacalypse to begin with.

Pixy's mom has done some other wtf things though. Like the tanning pills, or making Pixy tan (as seen in her senior high school pic).
