I would bet actual money on Arin trooning out. He has literally every trait that they all have. On top of that, he's has no morals when it comes to business and he seems borderline incel-y with his weird obsessiveness with Suzy. $100 that he troons out before the end of 2022, with a high likelihood he does it in 2021, assuming some more drama happens.

The only reason I'm not calling an Arin troon out anymore is because his life is too busy, organized, and stable. Having no direction, an avoidant personality, and the humiliation of constant failure is the pinch of magic pixie dust that turns that key. If he was still just a Youtube animator, it would have happened back in 2015.

What do you mean? This statement is literally about this happening. Why would he say anything if he figured he hadn't done anything wrong? I doubt he imagined someone trying to accuse him of grooming. And like I said earlier in this thread, Dan is not an incredibly online person. A lot of drama probably flew right under his radar.

I honestly think he saw nothing wrong with what he was doing since they were both adults and he obviously wasn't looking for anything serious. Honestly, his statement is short and concise and that's surprising. He's handling this maturely which is a lot to expect from someone on a thing like Game Grumps.

Because this isn't the first time these allegations came up; they first came up maybe about year or so ago. it's only these two recent ones who brought forth more evidence that made it harder for him to ignore it.

I'm awful at writing OPs/compiling funny or useful information but a general Newgrounds thread would be great. A lot of the former/current Newgrounds cliques are full of general cows like Ukinojoe, or exhibit behaviors of them like JohnnyUtah constantly tweeting snarky shit about people then deleting it 5 minutes later so he doesn't get any backlash from it. A lot of them tend to get into funny shit due to their actions like Chris Niosi/Kirbopher losing his role as the main character in a Fire Emblem game because of his own stupidity but maybe not worth a full thread for them specifically.

I find art tend to attract personalities like Joe: immensely jealous people coveting whatever success others have while at the same time thinking they are the hottest shit that deserves much more than they have. Everyone hates the person more successful than them because they think they're entitled to that success since they see themselves as more talented. Why would they stop uploading? All it would have done is make people go "uh oh, something wrong behind the scenes?". The reason they wouldn't want to upload in a situation like this is because every comment section would be a soap box for their critics, but all the lovelies had to do was astroturf for like 2 days and by then it had already blown over.
