Does anybody else find themselves diagnosing people they meet IRL with Sperg or The Tism? I've found that since I joined Cwcki its been happening a lot.

I find "sperg" and "tism" to be woefully inadequate explanations for why a person has problems. I try to avoid falling back on them as such. I've discovered that a person's problems can usually be attributed to something much more complex than just autism alone.

This, except I do it with "sperg". And, at least as far as how it's used online, sperg really is just an insult at this point. Most people I know with aspergers or autism aren't spergs. And I know lots of spergs without medical diagnoses.
