I guess whoever. Chris is lucky that the most, if not all, the people buying stuff from him check out his Facebook updates.Who's he responding to?

His own emotions take time away from him?

The ebay may not be a scam as he has been doing his best (somewhat) to follow up on his orders. The kickstarter, however, is a total scam if I'm understanding the point of kickstarters correctly. Aren't they to fund a project that gives back to the donors? His kickstarter is just giving him free money for toys.
I think Chris might be reading the forums too. He doesn't seem to understand that when you have no job and all you have to do is the occasional grocery run for your mom then delays don't make sense. Don't sell stuff you can't afford to ship. Your customers come before legos, piercings, stickers, bracelets, and of course cars. If you have bills then you should handle that shit before making promises to people. So now he's holding purchases hostage until he gets more purchases so he can afford to ship the things he promised. Sucks for everyone who bought a medallion. I guess it's the price of doing business with Chris.
What's worse for Chris is that those people can then claim refunds, putting his PayPal further into debt.
