My personal opinion is she's too far gone and genuinely believes her bullshit. I can't imagine anyone who had a shred of self-awareness would hold the types of "seminars" she does. That's life-long "You'll hear back from us soon. Thanks for coming. Don't call us, we'll call you." at job interviews for the rest of her life. She's limited herself to only (1) employers willing to take on that PR nightmare or (2) fast food/retail.

I get the impression that she wants to be as successful as her mother (but in fashion or justice studies-type higher education), but was so spoiled and over-indulged as a child that she never developed self-help or self-reliance skills needed for those positions. I can totally see how someone like her would see her lack of opportunities as evidence of racism rather than evidence of her lush childhood and early adulthood when her mother is so successful.
