but she had a friend erika, who herself was trying to recover from anorexia and bulimia, and ash always used to ask her to buy binge food for her, and triggering her in other ways.
causing erika to relapse, and in the end breaking up the friend ship because they where both toxic, erika less than ashley but toxic in her own ways.

Severe osteoporosis is common in profoundly disabled people because they don't bear weight on their legs. There are stories of caregivers breaking their child's femurs (thighs) in multiple places just by moving them from bed to wheelchair or dressing them.
There are some studies suggesting that fortunately (?), once your osteoporosis is so bad that your long bones break from being picked up, it doesn't hurt that much when it happens, because there's very little force required.
For comparison, the femur is the longest bone in the human body and can withstand enormous force without breaking. Multiple femoral fractures are seen in victims of falls from great height or high speed car accidents. It's a sign of something seriously fucked up happening. I have heard stories of severely disabled kids having multiple fractures of their femurs which weren't even discovered until an X-ray was done for something else, usually to check the hips.
So, on the bright side, when Ashley inevitably breaks a hip while walking, it probably won't hurt that much more than she usually does.

what happened after she ended the friendship was
she came to the farms, and at first it was okay because she talked normally etc.
but in the end she only came in to talk shit about ashley (as we all did) and to stroke her own ego because people where kissing her ass all over the place
and when that stopped and people said that she wasnt so allright either (i.e. dramatization about surgery, the "goodby guts post", making herself out to be a sad victim)
she left the farms to and to an extent social media
