I think there are also tendons that run palmside, could be those? Although you still shouldn't be able to see them.
The hair is the most uncanny part, just because you assume she has none at this point.

pretty sure she was in hospice before. I mean idk what kind of institution would take her in without treatment plan if it wasn't hospice. hell who would take her in with a treatment plan? she is a walking liability.
although moving somewhere "safe" sounds like someone wanted to forced feed her. tbh I actually would be curious and want her to be violently force fed and gaining weight against her will. would be more entertaining than this.

She's been "in hospice" a long time. Years now, she's been palliative care only for a long time
The only other time I've seen those tendons in a person is when I met someone who had a weird tendon contraction condition that had deformed their hands.
But hey, those nails look freshly buffed. So Ashley's priorities are set.

Those are the flexor tendons, but yeah you usually don't see those unless they are contracted. She should also have nice pads of muscle belly in her palms at her thumb and little fingers.
Dupuytren's isn't those tendons, it's actually when the palmar fascia on the surface of those tendons gets contractures. (palmer fascia is a lot like the plantar facsia if you are familiar with plantar fasciitis)

Which one was her last time being online? (Like a video or something), pretty new here. Didn't even know it exist someone skinner than EC (like a weebo/emo streamer, I mean)

My guess is she's moving to another long term care / hospice facility. I had assumed she was in a nursing home before. Hospice has some pretty strict regulations - I believe most states won't accept someone into a hospice program unless they're terminally ill with less than 6 months to live. Of course, this was entirely likely when she was first accepted to the facility. She's untreatable and lingering around way longer than anyone thought she would. Saying her current facility is unsafe could mean any variety of things, and we can't know what she means by that unless she herself clarifies.
